The HYPE (Helping Youth Participate Equally) website has been established to provide accessible and confidential advice, mentoring and information to  marginalised youth of Western Sydney, who are deemed to be "at risk" of homlessness, drug abuse and misuse, leaving school at an early age, and of having low expectations of achieving in a productive life.
